Kintec – Run Clinics Kintec’s 12 week run programs (14 weeks for half-marathon) are geared towards those wanting to embark on the road to active, healthier lifestyles. Our clinics target those wanting to get off the couch to learn how it’s done!

Whether your aspirations are that of running on trails, marathons, or simply to be a better recreational runner, we can help you achieve your goals while having fun!

Mountain Madness – Race Clinics All clinics meet one day a week on Saturday morning and start at North Shore Athletics (NSA) on the first day of the clinic. Drop-in fees are on par with clinic rate. Clinics include race fees, discounts at NSA, trail booklet, clinic gift, detailed route descriptions, scenery, draw prizes, guest speakers, major fun, and a chance to meet crazy people. Forerunners – Running Clinics Forerunners (both locations) offer a number of clinics throughout the year for runners of all levels, abilities and distances. They have different pace groups varying from 35 minute 10K (6:00 minutes per mile pace) to 65 minute 10K (10:30 minutes per mile). They also offer Learn to Run clinics with the Wednesday training. In a 12 week program individuals are guided safely from walking to running 30 minutes in 12 weeks.
The Right Shoe – Run & Tri Clinics The clinics are geared towards all levels of participants. They have various pace groups lead by experienced, friendly and supportive leaders to accommodate many abilities. The goal of the clinics is to create fun and social atmosphere and at the same time provide enough challenge to help you reach your full potential.
Running Room – Training Programs Running Room hosts a number of training clinics to help you reach your goals including road running, walking, web-only, and specialty clinics. Each clinic runs for a set period of time, usually with an end goal to work towards. Visit the website for more information on each of the clinics and to find out which ones are happening near you.
Running Room – Practice Runs There are practice runs/walks from all Running Room locations on Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Sundays at 8:30am (times may vary depending on location). Practice is absolutely open to all runners and walkers as we send out multiple groups under the leadership of pace group leaders. You can take advantage of running or walking with a group and meet new friends.
